The ATA 66/100/133 cables are the same. They are all 80 wire cables compared to the 40 wire cables used up to ATA (IDE) 33.

There are still 40 pins connecting the 80 wire cables. The extra 40 ground wires in the 80 wire ATA 66/100/133 cables separate each data channel to help eliminate crosstalk interference between adjacent channels.

This improves data integrity at high data transfer speeds.

Yep, I have seen some traders selling 80 wire cables as 133 alongside other 80 wire cables as 66/100!?!?! But as Inertia said they are all exactly the same Dave, in fact AFAIK ATA133 is only a Maxtor thing anyways.
