Default Is there any program that will test my Graphics card?

Recently I added a GeForce 4 to my system, and my pc locks up sometimes also web graphics flicker so bad it hurts my eyes. I have reinstalled drivers plenty of times, I have set Monitor to 85Hz which is the highest it will go. I have tried a newer Monitor INF file, I have run 3DMARK02 which on some tests the FPS drops as low as 0, and when playing games that use the D3D my frame rate drops to as low as 7 FPS. Americas Army reporting tool says theres a problem with my Graphics card. It is brand new I am running it in system 1 haven't tried it in another yet as I am still putting my second PC together.

I've also heard of other people having stability probs with this card, if I'd have known sooner I would not have made the purchase. My clock rate on the card is Default but even before i OC it it was doing it before. I dunno why but I get real bad frame rates with it and I am sick of the problems I'm having with it. I might just buy a Radeon 9800 Pro for what it's worth.
