DVD & CD Based Games is there a site listing these?

DVD & CD Based Games is there a site listing these? I have seen on this board a list of games.. but I don't know how recent / up-to-date it is.. is there a site or a link on this bulletine board that is pretty current?

Also I take it if I download a game online, and its less then say 700 megs, I take it that its a CD based game? Or could I be wrong?
