If they were investigating you, they would not tell you, and if they wanted your hard drive, they would obtain a search warrant and confiscate it them self.

things could get really bad though what if next time they contact him they tell him he has to ship them his hard drive and even worse he has pay for l for the shipping!

Freemer would just obligingly send his drive with the shipping paid.
