on 5 disks, disk one has the standard word, excel, powerpoint, oulook, publisher, oulook and infopath.

disk 2 is Frontpage amd the rest are VISIO PRo and stuff I cant remember!!

It looks better from a GUI perspective, I have only just started using it so I cant say much about it, Outlook looks MUCH better though.

Cant recall being asked anout ie6 during the install.

It is very similar to O2K2 if you don't use the networking features. For offices and corporates, this is a big jump.

Office Professional Edition 2003 is probably on 1 CD, not really sure.
Office System Professional 2003 is 5 CDs containing the following.

Word 2003
Excel 2003
Outlook® 2003
Microsoft Office PowerPoint® 2003
Access 2003
Microsoft Office FrontPage® 2003
Microsoft Office Publisher 2003
Microsoft Office Project 2003
Microsoft Office Visio® 2003
Microsoft Office OneNote™ 2003

CD1=OFFICE 11
CD2=FRONTPAGE 2003
CD3=VISIO 2003 PRO
CD4=PROJECT 2003 PRO
CD5=ONENOTE 2003

I can't really comment on the difference between Office XP and Office 2003 as I haven't used it much yet.

To see what's in each edition of Office 2003 go [url=***********.microsoft.com/uk/office/preview/editions.asp]here
