Default Broadband Router Question??

sponsored links

I am looking for a Broadband Router for work and want to know if they will work for the following things:

* Work as a network hub to connect computers together

* Allow you to run all the computers on broadband even though the broadband modem is only plugged into one computer.

Sorry I aint very good with networking.

Many Thanks

hi there,

my little favourite at the mo......

£35 and works like a dream. will support up to 253 PC's using hubs if necessary, but acts as a hub itself so if only four PC's then they will be networked through this box.

Just to correct one thing you said above for your info, in this case the broadband modem would plug into this as well as the PC's, the modem wouldn't be plugged into a PC.

That looks amazing! is it ok? Have you had any problems with it. Also how easy is it to install.

Also does it network the computers together to allow you to share files etc...

Many Thanks
