This is an indication that the client computer may be behind some type of firewall. Opening up or Forwarding the needed ports will be necessary.

Allow TCP Port 12203-12218
Allow UDP Port: 12300
Allow UDP Port: 12203-12218

i log into my router and i tryed the port forwarding and it didnt work. Any any 1 can guild me though to opining the ports up that would be great!
