Default Tony Hawk Underground WAD extraction?

sponsored links

Hi, I really like the music from Tony Hawk's Underground. I have the original game and I can find the MUSIC.WAD and MUSIC.HED in the music folder, I was wondering if there was an extractor that i could use to put the songs on my harddrive. I know extractors have been made for other games but they only work for those specific games so does anyone know of an extractor for this game or just any extractor that will work for it? TIA

I dunno if you already figured this oput but in case you havent and for reference.
For this you will need a copy of MFAudio and a wav editing program like audacity or GoldWave load up the music.wad file in MFAudio and enter 48000 as the sample rate and 18000 as the interleave and leave offset alone now hit play, if you hear music you are good if not check your settings. after that choose wav as the output format and save it as a wave not hit process and give it 5 mins or so. after that you will have a huge wave file with all the music in it. you will need your wave editor to chop it up into individual songs and you will need a wave to mp3 encoding program to make mp3s. hope this helps.
