Default got told that ritek and primedisc are the same , is that true?

No, they are not the same disc. From what most people have said though they are much better than Princo but not quite Ritek. In otherwords you should be fine with them.

Primedisc make both 4.7gb & 9.4gb (Double Sided) DVDRs the double sided discs are defo ritek dont know about the 4.7gb discs though but after a quick browse at google it seems to suggest they are ritek, Your best bet is to buy just a few and try them and also run them through ADVDinfo and that'll tell for sure if their ritek. The problem is with brands like this they dont always stick to one type of dye, Thought you could buy traxdata dvdrs in portugal though and their ritek.

I'm going off of what DR69On said. He ordered a few and said that they were not Ritek.
