all you need to do to make a copy of a copied disc is use disc juggler:

do a CD-->image file, then
do a IMAGE-->CD, leaving all setting at default. Thats all there is to it!

when i Download the dreamcast games from the special mystical site i cannot tell any of you about, i get a .rar file.

after using winRar to uncompress it, i then have to use disk juggler to burn the .cdi to the disk, after an arguous and slow burn at 4X, i then have a good to go dreamcast game most of the time (soul calibur makes costers...)

however, on about half of my downloads i get a .nrg file, WTF is a .nrg file!?
is it some kind of other super comressed thing??? i have NO IDEA!!! i tried to look it up, but i got nothin so far.

somebody here help me out? surely somebody here has found a .nrg file or two in their career of game copying.

.NRG files are to be burned with a program called Nero Burning Rom

www.ahead.de

the process to burn these is the same as DJ, just load the image up, and burn away, leave all settings on default!

I extract the tracks using cdrwin, giving me track02.wav - track04.wav. Then i do the following commands-
9) The above step should have read in CDDA tracks 2 -> End and placed them
as WAV files named trackxx.wav inside your "cdda" directory. They should
start with track02.wav and go up to trackxx.wav where xx is the last
CDDA track on the CD.

(which is OK)

10) Open up a DOS Prompt and switch to your "cdda" directory. Type in the
following command:

copy track03.wav track01.wav

After doing this, You should have generated Tracks 1 - 3, You should
now have 3 4-second dummy tracks as Tracks 1 - 3, and have real CDDA
from 4 -> End.

I end up with track01 -track 04, but when i import them into cdrwin, there arent 3 x 4sec tracks and final burn doesnt load
