What does Swap Magic 3 actually do different than CDLoader?

Here's the thing, the Swap Magic 3 "backup" cdr works with gameshark, right...but so what??

CogSwapLoader from memory card does basically the same thing that CDLoader does, if it cant you can boot CDLoader from CogSwapLoader.

But what does swap magic 3 do?? does it have any kind of code that helps the boot sequence or is it just a loader?

Way i look at it, is that CDLoader is just as good as Swap Magic if you got another way to boot (gs2/ar2/csl).

So anybody have a clue about what is so good about swap magic 3?.
