Default *******Xbox HD problem??******

sponsored links

I have a moded xbox (xecuter lite 2.2) with a 120gb drive. i had been playing star wars KotOR on my xbox before i moded it so i now have a saved game 25 hrs into the game on muy original HD. How do i get it on to my new HD??
I have a thompson Cd drive and it won't read many cdr's or rw. i thought of installing evoX on to my original drive so that i could FTP my old saved game across but because i have the thompson drive i cant read any cd's.
I will buy a new cd drive if i have to but i am trying to do it without. anyone got any ideas??
I know about the mega X key thing on Xbox but again i want to try and do it without.

I would flash the xcuter with the last bios they released with the built in ftp, it allows you to hold down the A button on your controller during boot time and bring up a built in ftp.

do this, and then put your original hard drive in and then connect to the xbox via ftp and transfer the E: drive Tdata and Edata? folders onto the pc.

then put the new 120gb drive in and copy over.

Good luck, this Will work i am just not sure that i have got the problem right!
