Default Add to Alcohol120 image

I have an Alcohol 120 image of sims superstar. Can I change the image by adding a text file using WinISO or similar without affecting the integrity of the image?

I just want to add notes onto the CD image that give the backup & burn methods used. I assume it won't hurt when actually burning the image to CD?

No, any change will render it useless.

Yeah, it would kinda defeat the purpose of actually using Alcohol. I would suggest that you print it out and put it in the case with the CD.
