Default xbmp or xbmc ...and why?


 
what are the benefits of either of these? currently i just use an old xbmp version and hadn't upgraded since their site came back online...

installing a new 120gb on my box...which one should i go with and why?

xbmp it's stable and tried and true.
until xbmc goes final then i say go with it. there's a cvs build every other day and just a waste IMO for what it's worth.

cvs is a daily compile of the source code.
xbmc is being constantly worked on, and they release a compile every other day or so for people to play with.. bug fixes, new features etc.

Yeah but XBMP has unofficial cvs builds as well so which version the unofficial xbmp or the official 2.4?
