Default Best DVD-Rom reader????

What's the best DVD-Rom reader you guys think? I know that a toshiba CD-rom reader is the best, but now I'm out of the loop for DVD-rom news so I guess I'm playing catch up on this...

I would recommend the Pioneer 120 over the Lite-On (just make sure it isn't the slot loader). There is only $6-$7 difference between the latest 16x Lite-On and the 16x Pioneer 120 at www.newegg.com right now. The Pioneer is also a much quieter drive, which comes in handy if you are watching movies on your PC. I have a 16x Lite-On (LTD-165) and it works pretty good but it is noisy and it can be tempermental at times. For the small price difference I say go for the Pioneer. I also notice that Lite-Ons seem to rip a bit slower than other drives. Maybe it's just me though.
