need a bit of help guys

Need dvd movie album se. I have read that this will let me
write to ram. I know the like`s of tmpeg will let you read ram but i want
to write to ram and play back on Panasonic standalones such as E20 E50
E100. AT the moment I have the LG 4040 ram drive.
has anyone heard of this program.
