Try this site:
***********.crackmanworld.com/

Everything is in spanish, go to the dreamcast section,
click on the "entrar" (enter) button, you'll find what you're
looking for and many other tools, it even has some patches
to translate games (to spanish though....)

Good luck

I use Win98 and it works fine.

My XP machine will be fully operational someday next week,
so I'll give it a try and let you know.
