Default How do I open a vob file, without any of the other files?

I have a sample vob file, but I'm not sure how to open it. Usually I would use powerdvd and open the .ifo file, but I don't have any of them. Any advice would be appreciated.

If Power DVD is your default player, you should be able to just double click the file.
