Looking for a cheap portable DVD player

most be able to play copied vcd and dvdr's,looking to pay around £250 and lower for one .

Its for my son and i don't know that much about them .

Apex makes one that goes for $129 at Wal-Mart here in the US. I know it plays DVD-R, not sure about VCD but I haven't seen an Apex standalone that doesn't. Maybe someone in the UK can tell you where to find the Apex there.

Try Index sale catalogue for one, £175 is the price as far as I remember, can't be sure of make but I think its Venturer. You might have a look at Richer sounds too, they have a few.

ok been to richer sound today but was unsure if they played copies going back next sunday wth copies to test the ones they have

dose the index one play everything as thats a good price
