I would try iso 9960
You need a cd-rw a cd-r wont work.
Should just have to place bios.bin file on the disk.

I actually used a pc to make my bios disk but I followed this procedure with my x2lite so I am sure it should work.

Note that if you want to install evox that it needs to be xiso formatted disk

when you insert the disk what happens ddo you get "This is not a game disk message"
One other thing to try is using a different brand of CD-RW

I used easy cd creator and choose the iso 9660 format to make my bios cd

everytime i try to flash it reads "file not properly sized"

i take it that it reads the disc, but the format is wrong.

i've never seen an error saying that it can't read the disc or that the disc is invalid

Ahh hah you need a dummy file !

Just add a file~100 MB and call it dummy.bin along with the bios.bin sorry I forgot to tell you that earlier.

My Bad
