Drivers not found for Infared adapter !

Trying to install a Sitecom CN100 Infared adapter. I installed the drivers from the sitecom website but the computer for some reason wont recognise it. Just goes to the add harware wizard and says cant find driver

Its driving me nuts

It used to work fine but now again had to reinstall the drivers but now wont work at all - the computer recognises the irda when plugged in usb but wont find the driver even when u point towards it

Any help please guys ?
