The printer thinks that the "Waste Ink Tank" is full. Therefore it will not allow you to print anymore. What actually happens is that the processor counts the total number of ink "shots" that have been used, and when it reaches a certain number it disables the printer. If you are sure that the tank is not full (that`s your decision), use this software to reset your counters. It will also let you reset the ink counters so you can carry on using using cartridges that the printer thinks are empty - even though there is still some left in. Make sure you read the instructions tho.

If this doesn`t cure it, then the printer is actually faulty and you`ll have to decide if the cost of repair is justified.
