Smile VOB Merger

Where can get vob merger and how to merge it. On dvd disk there is two folder 1. audio_ts 2. video_ts if I open audio _ts nothing in it. Any body know why this folder is empty?, why this folder creating ?.

Its totally normal to have an audio folder with nothing in it, thats the way many decrypting softwares do it, mainly because the resulting disk (when finally burnt to dvdr) will then be more compatible with standalone dvd players. It is perfectly acceptable to not have an audio file at all and most dvd players will still read the burnt disk fine but having an empty audio folder just makes it even more compatible with even more players
