Default Removed Matrix Infinity, Now PS2 screen says 'no data'

If anyone can help heres my promblem:

I tried to install a matrix Infinity, it did't work so i removed it and all the wires, put the console back to normal but now i can't play any games or even browes the memory cards.

The screen is normal but the is the massage 'No Data'

Have I damage the PS2 (burnt out a component, bridged legs on a chip) or is it to do with the ribbon cables ?

if anyone can help that would be great, damn i can play gta 5 not even an original.

Default

sounds like you damaged the BIOS chip.

Double check to make sure you got all solder removed and any loose pieces of wire!!
