Default How To Use Surreal 64 On Xbox?

sponsored links

I have an Xbox, which is modded, and it has emulators on the hd. Surreal 64 is one of them. I recently downloaded a bunch n64 roms (.usa extension) and burned them to a dvd-r, but when I start the emulator, and put in the disc, nothing happens. Does anybody know what I"m suppose to do? thanks for the help...

you need to edit the surreal.ini file to tell it the roms are on cd/dvd as it most likely is looking for them on the xbox hard drive.

NO! Look in the usual places..its Built with XDK...you wont find it on a website...

To the dude with the problem, Edit surreal.ini to find the roms in the 'D:\Surreal\Roms' folder

make a folder on your c-o-mputer named "Surreal" and store surreal in there, then inside the surreal folder, Make a Folder named "Roms"..And put the roms in there

Then open your favourite Burning program...Go to burn a normal data cd, Put the earlier Created "Surreal" folder in the c-o-mpliation..then burn the CD

Hope this helps
Jack

Edit: We Cant say "c0m" anymore?? (replace 0 with o)

hey i know this is an old thread but i'm having the same problem, i have 3 n64 roms on my xbox and have surreal 64, but it won't recognize that the roms are there. i know that they're in the right folder, and i've tried changing the extension to .rom and .v64, but it shows no response.
i don't want to use dvd-r's. thanks
