Is necessary the flip top for PS2?if not then..

i was thinking just to order the SMD 3.3 and open my PS2 (v1) and let it that way to test.

can it work that way? i've removed the cd cover so i can swap any cd.

BTW my PS2 read DVD+R movies, people say it cant read +.

So that means my PS2 can read DVD+R games?

yeah, you could do that i suppose, most people say that it just the latter v9/10's that will play dvd+r's

No, you can always cut a hole in the top of your case ! Or buy the flip top[ or even go with the Swapmagic and sldecard!

He he, i already did that..well the swap disk part, but im starting hate to remove the cover everytime to play (specially the analog controller that wont let me remove the cover)and take out the controller to move the cover so i'll buy the flip top i think.

But anyway, im glad i can play PoP: WW and The Punisher, i haven't try with others.
