Default Failed Multi-session = Complete Loss of Data?

sponsored links

While trying to burn an additional session onto a DVD-RW, Nero failed almost instantly, and now the disk won't load. I tried IsoBuster, and it does not recognize and lost files. Is there any way to save the data previously burned on the disk, or is it all lost because of a failed session?

You may find a tool out there that could bring back the data but it all depends on how bad the file structure is damaged and how good the actual recovery tool works.

I am not sure which one would work best for you - trying searching google for data recovery programs etc.

None of the programs worked. I quick-erased the disk. Is there anyway the "blank" disk could be recovered, or is there no way to get the data once the file system (?) is erased?

Try this one: ***********.jufsoft.com/badcopy/cd_recovery.asp - have you tried the disc on another PC? If so make sure the UDF Reader installed.

If still failing I would say its unfixable.
