Default Read Only CD's

I have just burnt a CD from itunes. Can i make the CD a read only so people cannot write the tracks off the disc onto their computer ?

If i can, how do i do it ?

Err, yes you can make it read only. But that just means the disc can`t have any more stuff put on it.
I think what you mean is to protect the disc from being ripped off.
The answer is NO.
If it were possible all the record companies would have theirs protected and there would be no black market in MP3s.
There have been (still are) some supposedly protected audio CDs on the market but they still get ripped.
