Your problem is with Adobe Flash Player, at least for now.

Delete the Shockwave Flash and/or Adobe Flash Player icon/s, then go to the Adobe site and install both.

The Adobe site will tell you once it's installed correctly.

There should also be an entry (or more than one) in Add/Remove for Adobe Flash if it's installed properly.
well im afraid of deleting the other shockwave thing, because i deleted it from the place, but the thing is it was on my account(administrator) and now i'm having the same problem! i download it and nothing!! but then i found a website that had adobe flash player i installed it and now it's started working again with the flash but the icon doesn't show up on the c: drive, and it only fixed it up on my account, the other accounts are still having the same problem.... man I don't know what's up with my computer.

I tried really hard to understand what you're saying, to no avail.

EG "now it's started working again with the flash but the icon doesn't show up on the c: drive" I have no idea what that means.

I can't really offer any more than I have. The steps I outlined are basic troubleshooting, and normally resolve the situation.

What's happening on your PC, or why it's not working, I can't say without relevant information.

Try logging on to the account that's giving you problems , then install Flash and see if that helps (make sure you have enough privelages to install).

I can't really think of anything else at this stage.
