Default Modbo 4.0 help in California

sponsored links

i bought a modbo 4.0 for my scph 50001 (v9?) ps2 about a couple weeks ago. It was advertised that it came with a mini-board and soldering instructions but it came with nothing. i know the ps2 inside and out but am entirely new when it comes to soldering. if anyone in the Sacramento/Stockton area in California can help me or even install it for me (i'll pay of course) that would be great
