If you want to adjust the video and audio parameters to achieve a special video and audio quality, you can click "Settings" button to adjust video and audio parameters like codec, image size, bit rate, etc to whatever you like. To get a smaller file size, you can select smaller values, but there will be some video loss to some extent; to get a better quality, you can select larger values, while the file size will be enlarged without doubt. That is to say you'd better make a good balance between the output file size and the file quality. If you are not good at it, you can totally skip this step, because the default settings can satisfy you needs basically.

Are you a Mac user? Have you ever downloaded lots of FLV video files from video sharing websites like YouTube, Hulu, MySpace, Yahoo! Video, Google Video, Metacoffe, etc., and want to extract the charming audios from these FLV files to do other use, but have not found an available way? If so, this guide may totally solve your problem, since it will show you how to convert FLV to MP3 via the help of a pretty good program called Pavtube FLV Converter for Mac.
