5.1 AVCHD Joiner-Combine/Stitch MTS Clips with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound on Mac

Nowadays there are many camcorders with powerful Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound system enabling consumers to record their home movies in dramatic 5.1-channel digital surround sound. Such as camcordersSony HDR-CX550, HDR-XR520, Panasonic HDC-TM700, Panasonic HS700, Panasonic SD600, Panasonic TM900, Panasonic SD800, etc. For such amazing footages with 5.1 audio from your camcorder, you may like to put them to your 5.1 audio supported media players like Popcorn Hour A210, WDTV, Xtreamer, Egreat, DUNE HD Player, D-Link Wireless HD Media Player, GO Media HD Player, Xtreamer, TVIX (HD M-6500), AC Ryan PlayOn!HD, PSP/PS3, etc for enjoyment. But the camcorder may give your 100-200 files for three hours’ recording. If you just put all of them to your media player, you may find you had to manually change to next clip when playing, or it can not play successively. So it is necessary to join all MTS files into One and keep 5.1 audio.

Below is the quick guide for you to stitch Panasonic/Sony/Canon MTS files with 5.1 audio on Mac with Aunsoft Final Mate for Mac - world’s first MTS Joiner without conversion.

Step 1. Import AVCHD MTS footage to Aunsoft Final Mate for Mac.
For AVCHD files from camcorder, just connect your cam to iMac/MacBook Pro with USB cable, and the program will auto detected your camcorder, you just follow the Camcorder Wizard to import your files to the application. And the imported files will be listed under Camcorder Tab.

If you have already copy your file on your hard drive, please open the program and click on Resource Tab and click Add button to browse your Mac and select the path stored your video files. Then all AVCHD clips stored on hard drive will be listed on Resource Tab.

Step2: Join AVCHD MTS files with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound into one
Then using shift + click to select video clips, drag and drop them to the timeline for merging without conversion. That means the you can keep original video parameters, audio parameters including Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound without changing..

Step 3. Export a AVCHD (MTS) File with 5.1 audio on Mac OS X.
Click the Export button. As there is no video for conversion, just click the OK button for export without any decoding/encoding. After only a few minutes, you will get your merged MTS file with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound for playing with 5.1 audio supported media players like Popcorn Hour A210, WDTV, Xtreamer, Egreat, DUNE HD Player, D-Link Wireless HD Media Player, GO Media HD Player, Xtreamer, TVIX (HD M-6500), AC Ryan PlayOn!HD, PSP/PS3, etc.
