Usually when you are getting buffer underrun errors you have to ask yourself a couple of questions:

1: How fast is your computer and how much RAM do you have ... If your computer can't transfer the data to the burner fast enough then it's not going to work (a 166MHz is the absolute minimun and even then it's pushing it and 128MB of RAM really helps).

2: Are you trying to copy the game "On The Fly", if so try creating an image file on the hard drive and then burn to a cd, hard drives tend to have faster read speeds than CD-Roms and have a more reliable transfer rate.

3: Are you trying to use the computer to do anything else (like surfing the net, or playing games...) while it is burning the cd. This could also cause problems if your computer is not fast enough. Just to be safe I don't use the computer while I'm burning even though I have a PIII 733MHz.

4: Are you on a LAN, if so are you or anybody else trying to access the hard drive that the image is saved to while it is burning. This could cause slowdown in the transfer from the drive to the writer and give you errors.

I hope any of this helps, I used to have problems with Buffer Underrun errors until I stopped doing #3 (before I got the 733). Good Luck.
