Default version 1 ps2, whats needed???

sponsored links

Hi, have a version 1 ps2 got it on release day and have been waiting for a no swap mod, but I see that all the no swaps do not work on a version 1.
I am wondering what chip and GS do I need to get started to play backups, what is the best for me right now??? Do not want to wait for a no swap anymore as I do not see any on the horizon.
thanks
