What IP are you looking for for your local PC ?
As Cap said, the DHCP server (one holding the main connection) is assigning these IPs out to whoever connects to it, only you admin has the power to change the range.

Thx for the reply.

I wanted to know whether the internal ip, client computer's ip (in my case, , can be changed to one of those ip address mentioned above.

I am talking about both files sharing, and internet sharing, can be enable in client computer.

The reason that i wanted to change my client ip is that some game servers won't accept 192.168.x.x , therefore, i wanted to try to see if my comp can log onto those servers with a different ip address.
