Angry *No sound with TMPEG!!!* HELP....

I split the AVI file into two parts, the audio is fine. When I convert to MPEG with TMPEG there is no sound on the video! Please help me....

Load your Avi into virtualdub
goto Audio and choose full processing
goto file and save wav
Now load your avi into tmpeg and then load the wav into tmpeg
encode
the output mpg should have audio
