Default my idea, alternative to soldering

Just an idea, dont mock me.

Would hot glue work? The kind u stick a tube in a gun and it heats it up and then melts it. This may be easier said than doen. And i dunno how good of contact the wires would make. But just a thought.

you would need to get a better connection from1 point to another, getting glue inbetween would not allow a connection, and blobbing the glue on the top is rather a game of chance, suppose basicly that all i'm saying is no - it would not work, especialy in sensitve electronics, to much resistance would occur.

besisdes, mess up with solder and you remove it with solder wick or de-solder pump and try again - mess up with a hot glue gun and............?

I don't think hot glue would conduct electricity very wlell so you would have to make sure there is contact between th wire and the metal and no hot glue in between.

I was just at Lowes getting plumbing pipe and I saw a product that claim it can be used for electronics and for water piping for soldering...... It is in like a super glue tube.... Don't know if it would work or not but they claim it does...
