hey snake!
in ur tutorial, don`t say to use binhack.exe
i used ur tut, mkisofs>ipins, and tried open the resulting iso in isobuster, wich give me a error 03
also tried to make it in echelon way: binhack>mkisofs>ipins, but doesn`t works
i must burn even if isobuster gives error?
or there`s a problem in ip.bin or 1st_read.bin?
i obey ur tut, and nothing

First off, I didn't say to use binhack because you are not supposed to use binhack.

2nd, You can't open the iso in isobuster, because it starts at the 11700 lba, not at 0.

If you follow the tutorial that I wrote to the "T", and if after you burn the 1st session, you get 0,11700 as the msinfo number (not 0,11702) then it will work fine.

Don't worry about it, cd's are cheap. If you don't at least try to burn it, you'll never know if it's definitely going to work.

Good luck.

I'm having troubles getting mine to work using snake78's tutorial. I have tried it many times. I don't get any errors and everything seems to work fine until I load it in my Dreamcast, and it won't boot!

Where can I get selfbootv1-1.zip ? What does it do?

When you say "it won't boot" what exactly do you mean? I mean, what exactly happens? Do you see the "Produced by Sega..." screen? Or does it go straight to the vmu menu? Be specific...
