I have a Sony DVP-F21 , Manhattan 2000 & 3000

Some players look for the AUDIO_TS folder & others don't, my 3 players don't need the audio_ts folder.

Saying that though my friend has an X-Wave player & he can play DVD-R's i've recorded on the panasonic E20.

hi, me again.LOL.. does the AUDIO_TS Folder have to come from the DVD that i am copying??? or is there a "standard" file? that i can get written on the front end by some one else? cheers

This is very strange, I haven't come across any players that won't play the dvdr's from my panasonic.

Could it be cheap media that's the problem.

I thought most players would look for a menu file first.....

do you need a menu file on it??thats what i,m asking?i have tried several brands of media, could be part of the problem!! i have some more different brands agin ,so i,ll keep u informed ,thanx 2 every 1.. p.s. what media r u using?
