Problem with burning in TAO mode

I have a plextor PW-w1610a. Is it possible somehow to burn a compilation in TAO mode? I use Nero burning at always get the error message writer does not support TAO.
any suggestions? thx

Strange! Older models may not support DAO but TAO, I believe, should be supported.

Did you use the default 2-sec gaps (no change in gap length)?

BTW, is your burner PX-W1610A? This model supports TAO, DAO, and SAO.
