discjuggler cd-player to cd-recorder problem

i try to copy a cd with disc juggler
i start cdplayer to cdrecorder
i have it burn directly to recorder and it get to about 13% and just stays there
i have tried uninstalling reinstalling downloading a new version nothing has worked. any help will be very apreciated
