Problems with CDRwin and 40X Plextor [; ; win98] - CDROM-Guide forums

I recently got a new 40X Plextor burner,and although i have the latest version of CDRwin ( version 5 ) it still doesn`t support my writer.I wanted to do some of the NO MOD fixes for my PS2 backups,and as far as i know i can only do this using CDRwin.Does anyone know of a different software i can use for this purpose?

CDRWIN 3.8G supports the new 40x Plexy burner.

That seems to work ok

Although it seems a little unusual that 3.8g supports it even though its older than 5

Glad you sorted that out. CDRWIN 3.8G and up to CDRWIN 4.0 are supported by different publishers than CDRWIN 5.0.
