NTSC games can work on PAL machines, but they need patching. Megagames.com is a good place to look, to see if there is a patch available for your particular game. I don't think that images created with CloneCD can be patched - CDRWin creates an image which can be patched, and I'm thinking Nero might also be capable of doing this. There are a couple of different ways to apply to patch - it will depend what type/format the patch is in. I've only patched a couple of games, so I'm not really familiar with the process, but there seems to be quite a bit of info/tutorials on how to patch.

the ps1 bios is region protected , hence the problem

use import player for ps1 to boot the import , or patch it instead

see ***********.modchips-uk.com/ for downloads and more details
