not really. u are talking about microsoft... beside, most people don't play backups. and let ms worry about their profit. we should worry about how to get a dvd writer.

DC's right: i'm getting one as soon as i can order them on-line, chipped and all, and then i still need a dvd writer. damn costs much, but it pays off... after some dozens of copies.
Are games on dvd's copyprotected anyway?

The only protection is the DVD9 format. However now that it is known that there are backups we can assume that future releases will have some form of protection.

is there any chance of a xbox forum now that the xbox is finally cracked (that would be great) or do we have to post in here and flood it with xbox questions till one is made

But how will we copy the games. Even with a dvd burner the PC still can't read the original disks.
