I've just finishing upgrading an old 486 system
and it has the same cd-rom. the cd-rom uses id
jumpers instead of master-slave-cable select. if
you are trying to install it in a newer
motherboard (ie 586-up) it won't work without the
controller card. which is a long card not supported
by new boards. the video card will also have
problems to. if you are trying to reinstall back
in your system and just need drivers. try
